Anthony Cornett, 21, of Camp Hill, was charged on Thursday, Sept. 5 by Lower Allen Township Police following an investigation.
The victim, who is now an adult, cam forward about the assault around 10:40 a.m. on Monday, July 22, 2024, according to the police.
He was charged with felony counts rape of an unconscious victim and sexual assault, according to the police and confirmed by court documents. Cornett was arraigned before Magisterial District Judge Christopher Delozier, who set bail at $50,000 unsecured, on Wednesday, Oct. 2. He remains in the Cumberland County Prison at the time of publishing.
A preliminary hearing has been scheduled before the judge at 1:45 p.m. on Oct. 24.
